U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy
Please make sure you are aware of the a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the iPhoenixx Online Store:
- You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from iPhoenixx through the iPhoenixx Online Store may be returned. iPhoenixx products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with the respective iPhoenixx device and documentation that were included when you received it.
Exchanges & Refunds
In order to receive an exchange or refund, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order; RMA requests past the 30-day period will NOT be accepted. Please contact us at email@example.com in order to request an RMA number in order to process your return.Returned packages without clearly marked RMA number will NOT be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense. Returned items must be mailed within 15 days of receiving an RMA form: No return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via insured parcel post. This shipping method allows for tracking of the package. iPhoenixx, LLC will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. In addition to your 30-day return guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to an extended return of seven business days.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, unused merchandise may be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:
Any item subject to exchange must have been purchased via the www.iPhoenixx.com online store. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Items returned for either exchange or refund must be in their original condition, undamaged, and shipped back in their original packaging. The original sales receipt must be enclosed (photocopies accepted). iPhoenixx reserves the right to replace defective units with refurbished units. Refurbished units are offered with the same 30-day return guarantee as new units.
Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your canceled request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid with cash, money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a check from iPhoenixx, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 10 days to receive your check from the time we receive you return.
- Orders cancelled after processing (order has been placed, invoiced and/or shipped) AND unopened items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Goods only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date.. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges.
- Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Goods received WITHIN 15 days of the original invoice date will receive a refund minus all applicable restocking fees (as noted above) of the invoiced purchase price.
